We began competing against the top BBQ Teams in California with our Big Green Eggs in 2005. We opened of our Eggs by the Bay™ BBQ business in the SF Bay Area in 2004, we kept a pulse competition scene by traveling and competing in 10-15 KCBS sanctioned contest a year. We redirected our cooking efforts after being recognized by the California BBQ Association as one of their Hall of Fame members in 2017. We currently conduct 10 Big Green Egg cooking classes a year at our Santa Clara facility.
We enjoy the fine art of authentic Barbeque while promoting the Big Green Egg, as we believe it is one of the best Smokers you can buy for the backyard. Eggs by the Bay™ is the leading Big Green Egg dealership in the Country and now our two ventures work hand in hand.
Our staff here at Eggs by the Bay™ helps promote BBQ by sponsoring several statewide BBQ events ranging from Eggfests, Cooking Classes, Backyard BBQ Contest, to KCBS Championship BBQ Competitions.
