We are a Santa Clara based Team that is sponsored by Eggs by the Bay in the SF Bay Area. Eggs by the Bay is one of the leading Big Green Egg dealerships in the Country.

They (EBTB) help promote BBQ by sponsoring several statewide BBQ events ranging from Eggfests, Cooking Classes, Backyard BBQ Contest, to KCBS Championship BBQ Competitions.

Before we started competiting, we enrolled in a Paul Kirk cooking class in 2006.This led to our first comeptition in Modesto that same year. We have enjoyed many awards and topped the 2008 season by ending up ranked #2 in the California BBQ Association's Team of the Year standings (#1 Team from California).

We try to obtain and use the finest in Equipment and ingredients, therefor we are grateful for our great sponsors like Rock's Bar-B-Que for their STOKER power draft system. "Put a Stoker on an Egg and go worry about something else"...that's my motto.

Big Green Egg and Wicked Good Charcoal are also very instrumental in our success.
